In 2022, Renton RFA Finance Manager LaQuanza Flowers and Senior HR Generalist Jennifer Zinck teamed up to be among the first to adopt the On-Boarding Module as part of the Tyler Technology’s suite of integrated and automated administrative management tools. They were able to immensely improve the on-boarding experience for our administrative team, as well as on-boarding staff members.
