If you received an invoice via email or mail from SystEMS Design West (SDW), your payment needs to be made directly to SDW. You may call or email them for further information at: 360-336-0420 or rentonfirepermits@sdwems.com.

Do NOT make a payment on this page for a SDW invoice. 

FIRE BENEFIT CHARGE

No Payment is Due

If you received a notice in the mail about your Fire Benefit Charge (FBC), it was not a bill. Your FBC cost is included in what you already pay toward property tax. The notice is to let you know what portion of your property tax goes toward the FBC to support fire protection and life safety services.
